Employees are encouraged to work from any location that suits their needs and productivity. Our non-linear workdays allow for a customizable schedule, balancing work responsibilities with personal life.
2. Communication and Collaboration
Clear, open communication is essential to our remote model. We use digital tools for team meetings, project management, and real-time collaboration, maintaining a connected, cohesive environment.
3. Home Office Stipend
Aesthetic Vizion offers a one-time stipend to assist employees in setting up a comfortable and effective home office. This stipend is intended to enhance productivity and improve the remote work experience. To qualify, employees must:

Complete a 90-day probation period and demonstrate commitment to the role.

Submit a detailed plan for their home office setup, outlining the items or equipment needed to improve their workspace.

Use the stipend solely for work-related expenses (e.g., ergonomic furniture, monitors, office supplies) and provide receipts for reimbursement.

Employees who leave the company within six months of receiving the stipend may be required to repay a portion of the stipend, unless circumstances qualify for exemption.
